Make Your Own Advent Calendar

Hi everyone,

Christmas Countdown Advent Calendar Kit Stampin Up

A few days ago I posted this photo on Instagram with a comment saying "Make Your Own Advent Calendar - ask me how!" And several people replied asking "how?"
So if you are one of those people, you can CLICK HERE to read my previous post about this amazing kit.

But I thought I would also include here the details of how to make this advent calendar that I made last year. You won't need a kit for this one - just cardstock, patterned paper, some number stamps and a couple of punches.

I made a three part video tutorial showing how to make this advent calendar. Here are the links you'll need. Just click on the images to watch. Enjoy!

First up today is Gez of NigezzaCreates. Gez has been making a set of little 3" x 3" cards and has made this cute little box to store them all.

Jill and Gez Go Crafting - 16th October

Hi everyone,

Oh my, I am very late today - have just driven the 175 miles back from visiting my parents and not quite back in the swing. But anyway, here we go. Welcome to another "Jill and Gez Go Crafting" when I bring you three fabulous projects made by my good friend and fellow Stampin Up team mate, Gez.

Gez has an amazing blog with loads of fabulous inspiration and really detailed tutorials - just hop over to https://www.nigezza.co.uk/. And also a brilliant YouTube channel which you can view HERE

So let me show you the projects I have chosen today. Gez has been very prilific over the past couple of weeks so I have lots to choose from!

Firstly this really pretty little card which shows that the "Feels Like Frost" papers are not just for Christmas. I love how the colours in the paper are echoed in the coordinating card stock and ribbon - once again Stampin' Up! makes colour coordination so simple!

Read all about how Gez made this project HERE.

Next today I have chosen this lovely clean and simple card which Gez made during one of her Facebook Live videos. She used the Perennial Birthday set which I love and I may just have to CASE this card as it is just my style!!

Pop over to Gez's blog HERE to read about this card and watch her Facebook Live video.

And finally today I have chosen this 3D project. Gez had a holiday in the USA earlier this year and brought back some Hershey nuggets - she gifted a few to me but I have yet to use them in a project.

Hope you've enjoyed seeing Gez's projects today and that you'll pop over to see her fabulous blog. I'll be back with more from Gez in two weeks!
