The Project Share Project - Sept 14th

Hi everyone,

Welcome to another Thursday and the Project Share Project where I get to showcase projects made by some of my crafty friends. This will be the last Project Share for a while as we have decided the time is right to take a bit of a break. So make the most of today!!

I am beginning today with Verity of Inky Butterfly who has made her first Christmas card of the year using the Christmas Classics bundle.

Hop over to Verity's blog to see the details about her card by CLICKING HERE.

Next is Heather of Stamp with Nellie. Heather has also started her Christmas crafting with this gorgeous little gift bag.

Pop over to Heather's blog to read more by CLICKING HERE.

And last for today is Gez of Nigezza Creates. I thought I would continue with the Christmas theme so looked back through Gez's blog to last year. Gez made these lovely tree ornaments using the now retired Stitched Stars dies. But you may still have this set or something similar in your stash.

You can read all about Gez's project over on her blog by CLICKING HERE.

And that, as I said at the beginning, is the last Project Share. Thanks so much to all of you who have tuned in each week to see what we've been up to. Keep an eye open for when we might be back but meanwhile it is goodbye!

Sorry I am AWOL

Hi everyone,

Welcome to my blog. Thanks so much for popping in to see me. Just thought I'd drop in here and apologise for my recent absence from posting on here and YouTube. Thanks to all of you who have contacted me - I'm absolutely fine but just recently my priorities have changed a bit. As some of you know, for several years I have run my two businesses concurrently - my Stampin' Up! business and my quilled cards business - Paper Daisy Cards. Up until recently I devoted more than 50% of my time to Stampin' Up! even though the income from Paper Daisy Cards was far greater. Paper Daisy Cards just ticked along quietly in the background and sales came in without me needing to give it much attention. However with the downturn in the economy and the cost of living crisis, I'm finding that I need to devote a bit more time to my quilled cards to increase sales, which have fallen off recently. As this is my more profitable income stream, I need to concentrate on that for a while. I'm currently opening a shop on a new platform which you can find HERE. It isn't fully stocked yet but getting there!

Combined with that I have just found that my Stampin' Up! mojo has upped and left. I'm sure it will return at some point but meanwhile Stampin' Up! is taking a back seat. Whenever I have time/motivation I might be surprising you with a new project but generally things will be a lot quieter around here for a couple of months. Thanks for your understanding!

However I do have a few copies of the new mini catalogue which went live on 6th September left. Anyone who has shopped with me since January this year has already been sent their free copies but if you don't yet have a copy, just let me know and I'll pop one in the post to you.

Also just to say, I am still really appreciative of each and every order I receive and am still showing my appreciation by sending a thank you package to each and every customer. Use my code and you'll also receive a free product gift.

Thanks for reading. Love to you all.

Bye for now,

The Project Share September Blog Hop - Masculine

Hi everyone,

Welcome to my blog. Thanks so much for popping in to see me.

Today I am taking part in our Project Share blog hop and for this month our theme is Masculine.

I have had the Brewed for You bundle of stamp set and dies sitting on my shelf, un-inked, for a while now so thought this was the ideal time to dig them out.

I stamped and die cut a range of glasses from the set and then mounted them onto this easel card. The sentiment is from the same stamp set.

I used Crushed Curry, Pecan Pie and Cherry Cobbler for my "drinks". The background DSP is from a retired pack, I'm afraid.

Now is the time to see what all my friends have been making. Please click on the NEXT button to see what Gez has made!
