I absolutely love this time of the year - the sun is shining, trees are blossoming AND we have a new catalogue. There's nothing quite like the anticipation of opening the catalogue for the first time and making your first "wish list". And I love new products - inking up a stamp set for the first time, unwrapping a brand new punch or "oohing and aahing" over some new patterned papers. Those of you well versed in all things Stampin' Up! will know that we call our range of patterned papers Designer Series Papers. Each new catalogue I love sussing out the new papers - the colours and patterns make me very happy and get my creative mind going.
The problem with the Designer Series paper packs is that they are very difficult to show off to their best effect in the catalogue. So helpfully Stampin' Up have made this short video to give you a closer look. So which papers are on your wish list? My favourites at the moment are the Share What You Love Speciality Papers and the Garden Impressions - but that will change I'm sure as I see all the fantastic projects being made with the others.
