Hope you're all having a great weekend. I'm sorry if I've been a bit quiet with projects just recently. I'm having to spend more and more time in Norfolk, caring for my parents. They live on the coast in a little town called Gorleston and its a bit of a trek for me to go - usually a 3-4 hour journey. But this is the view once I arrive - miles and miles of golden sandy beach which even in the height of summer is deserted as you can see from this photo! Love this place!
Anyway I'm back on my studio today and have a lovely little project to share with you. These are envelope punch board post it note holders.
Over on our team group we were challenged to make something we had CASEd (copy and share everything) from a fellow demo and this project was on Linda Parker's blog just this morning. This is Linda's version:

I loved it and decided to make my own version, as my customer thank you gift for this month. So, as I don't yet own the Tearoom papers, I thought I would use the fabulous new Broadway Bound papers. These are heavyweight patterned papers, foiled on one side and printed in bright, vibrant colours on the other. In order to give my project a bit of a luxurious look, I decided to use foiled papers for my project today, firstly in black and gold, paired up with Melon Mambo:
And then in gold, Whisper White and Bermuda Bay:
And this is what it looks like when open:
I had such fun making these and will need to make a whole lot more as lots of lovely customers have been taking advantage of this month's special DSP (Buy 3, get 1 free) offer.

IMPERIAL
Pack of 3" x 3" x 1/4" Post It notes
Cardstock cut to 7 1/4" x 3 1/8"
DSP cut to 7 1/4" x 3"
Score at 3 1/2" and 3 3/4"
Belly band - 1" wide
METRIC
Pack of 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm x 0.5 cm Post It notes
Cardstock cut to 18.5 cm x 8 cm
DSP cut to 18.5 cm x 7.5 cm
Score at 9 cm and 9.5 cm
Belly band - 2.5 cm wide
