Pootlers Team Card Swap cards - Christmas tree trio

Hi everyone,

How are you today? As I write this I am just back from a fabulous, fun weekend at our team retreat. Someone told me at the weekend that there is a famous phenomenon with Stampin' Up! and that is that most people who join do so for the products and the discount but the reason they stay is because of the people. And that is certainly true for me. I cannot now imagine my life without the Stampin' Up! friends I have made and especially my fellow members of the Pootlers team. I'll tell you more about our weekend another day but today the project I am bringing you is another team related activity - our new catalogue card swap.

Perfectly Plaid Christmas tree card Stampin' Up!

Every time a new catalogue is released, we arrange a card swap, where we are divided into groups of 6 and we make the same project six times - one for each member of the group. So we end up with six different projects to inspire us. A couple of the girls in my group are in Europe so I hope they have received their cards. As you can see all my cards were made with the same design but with different colours and papers.

This first one uses the Wrapped in Plaid paper pack with Cherry Cobbler cardstock and gold foil. The Pine Tree punch makes this a fairly quick and easy card.

For this next one I used this pretty foiled paper from the Brightly Gleaming set in Pretty Peacock and Copper foiling. I think this one could be my favourite!

The next one uses a different sheet from Brightly Gleaming - this time Night of Navy and Copper.

And for this next one I brayered Shaded Spruce ink onto a sheet of the Feels Like Frost papers. Then combined it with Silver foil.

And finally back to Wrapped in Plaid this time with Real Red card stock and gold foil.

I really hope the girls who received them liked them. Do you have a favourite? If you'd like to see how I made these cards you can watch my quick tutorial by CLICKING HERE or on the image below.
