A Beginner's Guide to Card Making and Papercraft - No 1 - A Tour of Our Annual Catalogue

Hi everyone,

For quite a while now I have been promising to bring you a beginner's series to help all of those of you who are new to card making and paper-craft to get started on your exciting journey in your new hobby. Well I am so pleased to announce that today is Day 1! In this course I am intending to cover all the essential things you need to know - what tools you will need, how to select the right products for your projects, the techniques you will want to try, tips for making your cards and projects perfect and of course, lots of simple projects to inspire you to have a go. I will be posting the instalments of this beginner's guide every Tuesday (and possibly on other days too if the mood takes me!).

In order to make all of these posts easy to find to look back on, each one on my blog will be labelled "beginner's" and can be searched for using the search function in the right hand navigation of my blog. And all the videos on my You Tube channel will be added to a playlist entitled "Beginner's Guide". If you would like to make sure you don't miss any blog posts or videos, there are a few things you can do - sign up to get email notifications every time I publish a blog post (in the right hand navigation column of this blog), subscribe to my YouTube channel HERE and sign up to receive my monthly newsletter HERE.

To kick off the series, I thought I would give you a quick tour of our new catalogue. Our Annual Catalogue is a very big catalogue and to anyone viewing their first one, it can be a bit overwhelming. I thought I would give you a quick tour to explain some of the terms used and the products available. Even if you have seen our catalogues before, you may learn something!

So here is the video of the Catalogue Tour - just CLICK HERE or on the image below:

Hope you found that helpful. Please join me again next Tuesday for the next instalment of my Beginner's Guide. And if you don't yet have your copy of the new Annual Catalogue, please get in touch to request one - it would be my pleasure to pop one in the post to you.

That's all from me today. Thanks for popping in to see me. Have a great day,

Get £20 extra stampin' rewards when you spend £200+ on your own order.

This amazing offer is coming to an end today. It is your last chance to place an order and gain some extra Stampin' Rewards to spend on whatever products you like. Rather than placing several smaller orders in the coming months, why not consider placing one large order of £200?  Delivery of each order is £4.95 no matter the size of the order so it makes sense to order more less often to keep the delivery cost to a minimum.

Not only will you have the most wonderful delivery of coordinating crafting products to be excited about but you will also be rewarded by receiving Stampin' Rewards.  You would normally receive 10% in rewards of what you have spent (over £150) but if you spend £200 in June you will receive 10% of your product spend PLUS an additional £20.  So on a £200 product spend you would get £40 to spend on anything you wish including the Host Stamp Sets at the back of the catalogue (page 187)

This is a really great deal and it ends today - 30th June.  Be sure to place your order by 10:00pm tonight to qualify. The offer officially closes at 10.50pm but the website is always very busy at the end of our promotions so play safe and order by 10.00pm!!  Make sure you DO NOT use my Monthly Shopping code so that the Stampin' Rewards can automatically be added to your order. Please don't miss this amazing offer.

All the products I have used to make this project are available from my online shop. Simply click "Shop Now" button on the top of this page or click any of the images below to go direct to that item in my online Stampin’ Up! shop. If you order from my online shop please use my monthly shopping code (below) to receive a free thank you gift from me as I really appreciate your business. (If your order is £150 or more then please do not use my code as you will earn Stampin' Rewards in your own right and can choose your own freebies!)

If you would prefer a more personal service, have any questions or need help with your order, please either send me an email or give me a ring. I'll be more than happy to help. You can also find me on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube - links on the left of this page.
