Hi everyone and welcome to the Ink Stamp Share blog hop for October where our theme is Autumn/Halloween. In spite of the fact that I don't normally "do" Halloween I had had this idea for a card lurking in the recesses of my mind for a while, so decided to go with it! If you are an arachnophobe, I suggest you look away now!
When I first saw the Metallic Mesh ribbon, I immediately thought spiders webs and cobwebs! So this card was a great opportunity to use it with the fabulous spider die from the Little Treats Box die set.
I'm not usually phased by spiders - many a time I've had to rescue one of our eight legged friends from my daughter's bedroom while said daughter was shaking in a corner. But I think even I might be spooked if I was presented with this many spiders at once!
Of course I had to carry the spider theme through to the inside - this time stamping with the coordinating stamp set.
This card matched the Halloween treat box I made and showed you earlier this month. I'll be back this week with videos to show you how to make both!
