Joy of Sets November Blog Hop - Thankful for You

Hi everyone,
Welcome to the November Joy of Sets blog hop. I hop you have been enjoying hopping around and seeing all the amazing projects on offer. You should have hopped here from Linda Moore and are now with me, Jill Chapman, aka Paper Daisy Crafting. Our theme for this month is Thankful for You. I am hoping that my simple "thanks" card will suffice!

I used the Basket of Blooms stamp set and the Small Bloom Punch (both from Stampin' Up!) for my card, which was inspired by one made a few weeks ago by Sue Mohr of Aromas and Art.
I once again used one of my least favourite colours for the card blank - Cajun Craze - as it seems to be appropriate for autumnal makes.

I coloured the self adhesive rhinestones with an alcohol marker pen - a Stampin' Blends pen - in Mango Melody. That is a great tip - means you can have gems in a whole range of colours!

The strip of patterned paper that the basket is resting on is from a pack called Plaid Tidings which is in our Christmas catalogue but which is actually suitable for so many things other than Christmas.
And the "thanks" die is from a set called "Well Written". Love that handwritten look.
Hope you have enjoyed seeing my card. I'll be back soon with a video to show you how I made it - do come back to see that. Meanwhile, do keep hopping. Next in line is JoAnn Pollock. I have added the whole blog roll list below the NEXT button in case you get lost!
