Stampin' Dreams February Blog Hop - Movies and Films "Chocolat"

Hi everyone,

Welcome to my blog. And welcome too to the Stampin Dreams blog hop for February. This month our theme is "Movies and TV". A lot of head scratching on my part went into this I can tell you. A very tricky theme. I can't wait to see what all the others participating in this hop have made! But then I remembered I had had this half finished card on my desk for ages and as I glanced at it one day I realised that if I finished it,  it would fit in with one of my all time favourite movies - "Chocolat". I know it is spelt with an "e" on my card, but hope I'll be allowed that!! This is the card I shall be giving my husband on Sunday (Valentine's Day!) - he will know that I must love him a lot as he knows what a chocoholic I am!

I used the Love You More Than die set to cut the words out of our Gold Foil.

The chocolates were from the coordinating stamp set - Nothing's Better Than - stamped in Early Espresso and die cut with the same set of dies as the words.

The hearts are stamped in Real Red using a stamp from Arrange A Wreath and cut out with the Wreath Builder dies.

What do you think? Hope you like my card!

Do keep hopping around all the other links - so many imaginative and creative participants this month!

Bye for now, back soon,

    1. No, it is a strip of patterned paper from the Neutrals pack on page 134 of the current Stampin' Up Annual catalogue (let me know if you need a copy!). Product no: 155226. Hope that helps.
