My favourite projects from 2020 - Part 1

Hi everyone,
Welcome to my blog today. Thanks so much for popping in to see me. Today is the first part of my look back over the months of 2020 to select my favourite project from each month. Today we will take a look at January to June and tomorrow I'll be back with July to December.

So let's have a look at what I was up to in January. In Saleabration we had a lovely stamp set called Thoughtful Blooms and a coordinating punch - the Small Bloom Punch. I LOVED these products and I still love the Small Bloom Punch which transferred to the Annual Catalogue. I made lots of projects with these but I think this one has to be my favourite. And judging by the interaction on social media, it was one of yours too. Read more about it by CLICKING HERE.

For February, of course I had to choose a Valentine card. And this was my favourite of the bunch. It took a while to piece all those little coloured hearts back into the outline die cut but the result makes it so worth it! See more by CLICKING HERE

For Easter, in March, I strayed away from my usual card making and made this pretty little Easter egg basket. Read more by CLICKING HERE.

In April I bought the Music from the Heart and enjoyed making a series of #simplestamping cards like this one. Just one notecard, one stamp set and a black Memento ink pad. Read more by CLICKING HERE

Out of my usual comfort zone, in May I tried my hand at making a male birthday card - and a fancy fold to boot! You can read more about it by CLICKING HERE.

And lastly for today, in June, I used exciting new products from the new Annual catalogue to make this card. I still love it. Read more by CLICKING HERE.

Many of the products I have used in these projects are now discontinued but if you would like to purchase any, take a look at my Buy One Get One Free sale to see if I have them for sale.

Come back tomorrow to see the rest of my picks from 2020. Meanwhile have a great day whatever you are doing,

Bye for now, back soon,

The Joy of Sets March Blog Hop - Easter/Spring

Hi there everyone and thank you for joining me today. Today I am taking part in the Joy of Sets Blog Hop (my second blog hop this weekend!) and our theme for this month is Easter/Spring. I hope you have hopped here from the lovely Brenda Nelson.

As you will know if you are one of my followers, I am usually a "cards only" kind of girl. I don't often make 3D projects but I had such a good idea for this theme that I just couldn't resist.

I had been thinking about making some sort of box or basket ever since I received my set of Jubilee Beauty dies.

Happily, this little basket turned out just as I had imagined - that does not always happen!

I did a close up so you could see how pretty the handle is.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing my project. If you'd like to see how I made it, please pop back to see my video tutorial soon.

Please carry on hopping around the other blogs - there are some amazing projects to see. You should have hopped here from Brenda Nelson and up next is JoAnn Pollock

If you get lost, here is this month's roll call:
