Jill and Gez Go Crafting - 29th May

Hi everyone and welcome to another "Jill and Gez Go Crafting" when myself and my good friend Gez give each other a bit of exposure on our blogs. Just in case you are new around here let me introduce Gez.

Gez has an amazing blog with loads of fabulous inspiration and really detailed tutorials - just hop over to https://www.nigezza.co.uk/. And also a brilliant YouTube channel which you can view HERE. I know Gez is really hoping to get to 2000 subscribers on her channel soon and she is so, so close so if you like what you see, please subscribe.

The first project I am showcasing today is another in Gez's "storage" series. Previously Gez has made containers for dies, embellishments, ribbons..... and today we have a storage solution for embossing folders. Once again Gez has used the lovely Petal Promenade papers to decorate her box.

Next today is this fabulous mini album. I have said before that Gez really is the "queen of mini albums" and she has excelled herself with this exploding box one.

Customer thank you gifts

Hi everyone,

Today I want to show you the handmade gifts I sent to all the customers who shopped with me in April.

Tic Tac box Petal Promenade Stampin Up

These were little book type boxes which each contain a pack of Tic Tacs. Here is the inside:

They are very simple to make - I was inspired by my team leader, Sam, aka Pootles. Click HERE to see the project I took my inspiration from.

Maybe you know that in order to say thank you for all the orders I receive, I love to send out thank you packages which contain a handmade thank you card (which I showed you on Sunday), a handmade gift (above) and if they have used my Monthly Shopping Code, a product gift. Some months, as in this month, I include another little treat. This month it was a sample pack of some of the new patterned papers coming in the new catalogue - Mosaic Mood. Here is the package I sent out earlier in May.

This month the Watercolor Pencils were the product gift I was able to send to everyone as we had another really good sales month. These gifts vary according to the value of the orders received - sometimes I send a pack of embellishments or some dimensionals. Other months it might be a stamp set or embossing folder. Or maybe something else....it is always a surprise!

Where else can you shop and then get a lovely surprise thank you package dropping through your letterbox?

I'd love to be sending out a thank you package to you next month - all you need to do is place an order and use my Monthly Shopping Code!

Quick and Easy Customer Thank You cards with Petal Promenade

Hi there,

Just thought I'd nip in here quickly today to show you the thank you cards I sent to my customers this month. It's always such a joy to make these cards and send them out - I am really grateful for each and every order I receive and appreciative that my customers choose me to order through.

Petal Promenade Stampin Up

As you can see I used the lovely Petal Promenade papers which will be retiring at the beginning of June. Sometimes when I buy patterned papers it sits on my paper rack and doesn't get used. But not this pack - I have used nearly the whole pack. It is such pretty paper!

These little panels which are on two of the sheets make it so, so easy to make lovely quick and easy cards. I just mounted them onto Melon Mambo card blanks, added the greeting from Butterfly Gala in black Memento ink and finished off with a couple of  Frosted Flower embellishments.  So simple!

Petal Promenade Stampin Up

This is the inside of the card - I made a Whisper White panel, using the Detailed Trio punch to decorate the corners. When I send the cards out, I hand write a message on a Post It note so that if they want to, my customers can re-use the card.

Would you like to receive one of my thank you cards? Just place an order and I'll pop one in the post to you!
