The Project Share Project - May 14th

Hi everyone,

Welcome to another Thursday and the Project Share Project where I get to showcase projects made by some of my crafty friends. Today I have chosen three wonderful projects for you, beginning with Verity of Inky Butterfly who has made this lovely card with a stamp set that had completely escaped my attention - Pocketful of Happiness. I had not noticed that set at all with its cute little flower, but Verity has used it to make this fabulous card.

Hop over to Verity's blog to see the details about her card by CLICKING HERE.

Next is Heather of Stamp with Nellie. Heather's card really made me smile as I think there are many people who will relate to this - my son included. He has been working from home, engaged in Zoom meetings, looking very professional on the top half but still in his PJ bottoms!

This card uses one of the Digital stamps that Stampin’ Up! have produced to help fund 2 international charities with their Covid-19 efforts  - #sharesunshine. 100% of the proceeds of this Digital stamp set go to these charities - you can purchase the download by clicking HERE. Pop over to Heather's blog to read more about this card by CLICKING HERE.

And last for today is Gez. On Monday I featured three of Gez's lovely gift bags and here is yet another - made with my favourite patterned papers currently available.

Handmade notebook with Best Dressed papers

Hi everyone,

As most of you probably know, every month I love to send out little packages of goodies to all customers who shopped with me the previous month. My customers are so important to me and I want them all to know how much I appreciate them choosing me as their demonstrator. I always send a handmade card and a little gift that has been beautifully handmade or packaged. And this is what I made for last month's customers.

Best dressed notebook Stampin Up

It is a little handbag-sized notebook and I have used the ever so pretty Best Dressed papers. I had to make a whole little pile of these but had a bit of a senior moment and forgot to take a photo of them before I sent them off. So this one is the only one I had left to photograph.

Best dressed notebook Stampin Up

I've made a little video to show you how I made them. I started off with a pile of notebooks which I bought in Wilko's (you'll know it if you are in the UK) and covered them with card stock and DSP. If you want to watch the video just CLICK HERE or on the image below.

There's not really any point in me giving you the measurements for my notebook as yours might be a different size. You just need your cardstock to be slightly wider than your notebook and to allow enough for it to wrap around the top to cover the spine. Hope that makes sense!!

The Project Share Project - 27th February

Hi everyone,

Welcome to another Thursday and the Project Share Project where I get to showcase projects made by some of my crafty friends. Today I have chosen three wonderful projects for you, beginning with Verity of Inky Butterfly who has made this fabulous clean and simple card. With all the new products out in the Spring Summer catalogue and SAB brochure, it is so easy to forget about all the wonderful sets in the Annual catalogue - Butterfly Gala being a really great example.

Verity has used a really unusual colour combination on her card - Coastal cabana, Night of Navy, Grapefruit Grove and Seaside Spray - I rather like it!

Hop over to Verity's blog to see the details about her card by CLICKING HERE.

The next two projects are both 3D ones - namely gift boxes. But not just straight forward boxes. These are both look like really complicated boxes within boxes - in fact if you follow Heather's and Gez's instructions they are very easy to make. First is Heather of Stamp with Nellie who has used my favourite patterned papers from the mini catalogue - Best Dressed.
