The Project Share Blog Hop - New Catalogue

Hi everyone,

Welcome to my blog. Thanks so much for popping in to see me. Today I am taking part in our little Project Share blog hop and for this month our theme is "New Catalogue".

I have to admit I made a bit of a boo boo with this month's project. I thought the theme was "Retiring Favourites" and made my card on that basis! Luckily though I had used a sentiment image from a new stamp set so I am repurposing the same card with the updated theme! That lovely sentiment is from the new set - Simply Fabulous. You can look forward to seeing much more of that set in future projects.

For my the background of my card I used the Brilliant Rainbow dies - so sad that these are retiring. I have been wanting to do something with that lovely border die for ages - and this is what I came up with! do you think of my rainbow background? The cardstock colours I used were Gorgeous Grape, Melon Mambo, Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green and Bermuda Bay. I used one other retiring set on my card - Sentimental Swirls - that's where that little flower is from. The label die is from an older set that is staying with us for a while longer - Painted Labels - so I guess that counts as "new catalogue" too!

I then recorded a video (which you can see below) showing you how to make this card and as usual changed the colours - I went with a blue/green theme for this one using Coastal Cabana, Pacific Point, Granny Apple Green, Balmy Blue, Bermuda Bay and Tahitian Tide.

Do you have a favourite?

Do keep hopping around our blog hop and see what my talented team mates have made.

Hi everyone,

Welcome to another Thursday and the Project Share Project where I get to showcase projects made by some of my crafty friends. Today I have chosen three wonderful projects for you, beginning with Verity of Inky Butterfly who has used my favourite Saleabration product - the Sunshine and Rainbows paper pack - along with the coordinating Rainbow of Happiness bundle. Great card!

Video Tutorial for Square Rainbow Card with Brilliant Rainbow dies.

Hi everyone,

Welcome to my blog. I hope your week is going well and that you are finding some time to get some crafting done?

At the weekend I took part in a blog hop where we were showcasing some of the products that can be earned for FREE during our amazing Saleabration promotion. This really can't be missed - check out all the details HERE.

I chose to showcase the Sunshine and Rainbow paper pack - which, have I already mentioned, I absolutely LOVE?

So many pretty designs in this paper and the colours are right up my street!

Here is the card I featured in the blog hop. I chose to feature the papers along with other products from the mini catalogue which coordinate so well with them.

For the video, I decided to choose a different design as my backing panel. And I chose one of my favourite patterns in the pack - multi coloured dots - what's not to love?

I think this card really highlights the brilliant coordination that Stampin' Up! is so well known for. Makes me look good as these amazing products do all the hard work!

To see my video you can watch by CLICKING HERE or on the image below.

I really hope you enjoyed that.
If you have time, I'd love it if you leave me a comment to let me know!
